Elandan Gardens is an oasis of peace and beauty hidden in plain sight. Pull off HWY 16 just before Gorst and transport into a landscape that is also an art form. Elandan is home to an impressive Bonsai collection featuring a tree over 1000 years old! For a small fee visitors can wander this carefully tended private collection of ancient trees. Elandan Gardens is also the studio site for sculptor Will Robinson. Their gallery and gift shop are FILLED with treasures. Take an hour to visit one of Kitsap’s most impressive gardens and gift shops!

What can we say about The Boat Shed that hasn’t already been said? The northwest food is always delicious, the views of the water and the Manette Bridge are sublime. The staff is awesome and dining on the dock is a warm weather tradition for any locals who enjoy the finer things in life! Nothing beats a pint of PNW craft beer and some steamers on a summer day and The Boat Shed is the second best place if you don’t have your own beach for a clam bake!
