LOCAL: Admiral Theatre Date Night Itineraries
Eat, drink & enjoy the show!
The Admiral Theatre is Bremerton’s main stage and the perfect place to plan a date night around.
Downtown Bremerton is packed full of talented artists and small business owners, making it a great spot to explore and mix and match adventures. Downtown Bremerton is accessible to Seattle + Port Orchard via walk-on ferry services, making it a great area to explore on foot. When the sun goes down, the Admiral Theatre shines with its varying lineup of shows and the combination of abundant options for food and drink makes downtown Bremerton one of the top places on the Kitsap Peninsula to go for date night. Here are a few itineraries we love for date nights that end with a live event at the Admiral Theatre. Check out their 2022-2023 season list on their website.
date ITINERARY #1
pinball + Burgers + live music
Dog Days Brewing: Start by grabbing a pint of craft beer at this dog-friendly (and people friendly!) unpretentious craft brew spot. The vibe is chill and the service is accommodating like a friends living room. Can’t overstate how much we love this spot!
Fritz Fry House: Hand-cut fries with a tasty selection of specialty dipping sauces that will make you feel like you’ve been doing it all wrong. Fritz is just yummy. If you’re bringing a bigger appetite, their build-your-own-burger option and microbrew selection won’t disappoint.
Quarters Arcade: Skee ball, air hockey, Mario Kart, and everything in between - let your inner (or outer) child out at Quarters. Play their diverse selection of arcade and carnival style games and trade your tickets in for a prize!
After the Show Town Portal 21+ Arcade: End the night with downtown Bremerton’s best pinball selection and more craft beer in this beloved Bar-cade.
date ITINERARY #2
Ramen + Shopping + Dancing
Yoko Yoko Ramen: Rich and savory traditional Japanese ramen that will warm your heart and make your tastebuds sing!
Mystic MVMT: Calling all artists, mystics, and seekers in need of something beautiful - Mystic MVMT is your shop. Stop in for art pieces, jewelry, crystals, classes, and workshops.
Fingers Duke: This design & screen printing shop is also home base to a collection of artists and their work. Shop for cool local pieces, prints, shirts, hats, pins, and much more!
date ITINERARY #3
Tacos + Vinyl + Rock n’roll
Horse & Cow: Navy-themed bar and grill with a great casual feel and great bites and drinks. Come as you are and pony up to the bar or grab a table and get the evening going.
El Balcon: El Salvadorian comfort food for those of us who celebrate Taco Tuesday every day. Their pupusas, tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and fried plantains are all crave-worthy. The burritos are huge & the staff is super friendly. The new location (in the old Bremerton Bar & Grill space) lets El Balcon stretch its legs.
Bigfoot Vinyl: Bigfoot boasts a big selection of vinyl for the audiophile and record collector to browse in this affordable and beloved record store.
date ITINERARY #4
cocktails + galleries + the orchestra
Remedy Speakeasy: Kick it off with a cocktail and a bite at Remedy - exactly what the doctor ordered! Remedy’s atmospheric 1920’s vibes will get the mood going, then, take a stroll down the street.
Collective Visions Gallery: An ever-changing menagerie of exceptional local art exhibits, lectures, workshops, concerts, and other art-related events - Collective Visions invites guests to explore the visual arts and connect to PNW artists.
Axe & Arrow Gastropub: Amazing food up and down the menu and a gorgeous ambiance make Axe & Arrow one of downtown Bremerton’s BEST places for dinner. Dishes like Black Truffle Rubbed Prime Rib, Lumpia & Elk Burger make actually deciding what to order harder than it should be!
